Cancellation & Return Policy

Silverstein.in and its mobile applications are defined as the “Website”.

M/s Vanilla Bow is defined as the “Company”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”.

Any user, purchaser or visitor of the Website and/or mobile applications is defined as “You” or “Your”.

After placing an order on the Website and receiving confirmation from Us acknowledging receipt of Your order, cancellation of such order shall only be permitted if the order was placed inadvertently and if such cancellation request is received by Us within 12 hours of receipt of the order confirmation. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@silverstein.in with the subject line “Cancellation”. You may also attempt to cancel the order through the “Cancel” option, if available on the Order Confirmation or Thank You page.

No cancellation request shall be entertained once the order has been processed, packed, shipped or dispatched from Our warehouse.

For prepaid orders, approved refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund shall be payable unless payment has already been collected by the Company.

If the courier tracking information for Your order reflects that the shipment has been delivered, but You claim non-receipt of the shipment, You must notify Us at info@silverstein.in within 48 hours from the time recorded on the courier delivery scan. Failure to notify Us within such period shall constitute deemed delivery and acceptance of the shipment.

Eligibility for return (“Return Eligibility”) shall be specifically mentioned on the relevant product page on the Website. If no return eligibility is mentioned for a product, such product shall be deemed non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If You wish to return or exchange any eligible product, You must send an email to info@silverstein.in with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange” within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. Any request received after the expiry of 7 days from delivery shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

International orders once shipped are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable except where the product delivered is materially damaged or materially different from the product ordered.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, import charges, local levies, clearance charges or refusal at the time of delivery, the Company shall not be liable to provide any refund, return, exchange, store credit or compensation of any nature whatsoever. Any costs incurred by the Company on account of return shipping, customs duties, penalties, storage charges, taxes, courier fees or other associated charges arising due to such refusal or non-acceptance shall be solely borne by the customer and may be deducted from any amount otherwise payable by the Company.

For international shipments, the customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws, regulations and restrictions applicable in the destination country. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays, confiscations, customs holds, failed clearances or non-delivery arising due to local laws or customs procedures.

Upon receipt of a valid return or exchange request, We may, at Our sole discretion, arrange a pickup of the product from Your address. At the time of pickup, You must hand over the product to the courier partner and obtain a pickup confirmation SMS or acknowledgement (“Return Receipt”). The Return Receipt shall be the sole conclusive proof of return of the product. If the product is handed over without generation of a Return Receipt, the Company shall not be liable for processing the return, exchange or refund.

If We are unable to arrange pickup from Your location for any reason whatsoever, You shall be responsible for dispatching the product to Our designated warehouse within 2 days from the date of Our communication to You.

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition in which they were delivered, along with all original packaging, labels, protective material, authenticity cards, invoices, barcodes, inserts and accompanying materials. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring secure packaging of the return shipment so that no damage occurs during transit.

Once the returned product reaches Our warehouse, it shall undergo a detailed quality inspection and authentication process. The Company reserves the absolute right to reject any return or exchange request if the product is found to be used, damaged, tampered with, altered, improperly packed, counterfeit, missing components or otherwise not in the original condition in which it was shipped.

If a return is rejected upon inspection, the product may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s sole cost and expense, and no refund or exchange shall be processed.

If the return is approved by the Company in writing, refunds for prepaid orders shall be processed to the original mode of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in Your account after processing. For Cash on Delivery orders, the Company may issue a bank payout link, store credit, gift card or credit note at its sole discretion.

Refunds shall only be issued for the value of the returned product and shall exclude shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, gift packaging charges, payment gateway charges, express delivery charges and any other ancillary charges paid by the customer.

The Company reserves the right to levy a restocking fee of up to 10% of the product value or such other amount as may be determined by the Company in cases including but not limited to excessive returns, suspicious return activity, non-genuine claims, bulk returns or abuse of the return policy.

If You receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially incorrect, You must notify Us at info@silverstein.inwithin 48 hours of delivery along with complete unboxing video evidence, photographs of the packaging and product, invoice details and such other information as may be requested by Us. Failure to provide such evidence within the stipulated timeline may result in rejection of the claim.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company shall assess the reported issue. If the claim is found genuine by the Company, We may, at Our sole discretion, repair, replace, refund or provide store credit for the affected product. If the issue is found to be non-genuine or caused due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, negligence or damage after delivery, all shipping and handling charges shall be borne by the customer.

Minor variations in finish, texture, colour, handcrafted detailing, polishing marks or natural material characteristics shall not be considered defects, as many of Our products are handcrafted in nature.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, the Company’s liability in relation to any product purchased from the Website shall not exceed the purchase value of such product. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, losses or claims.

If the quality of any product or service procured through the Website does not meet Your expectations, the sole remedy available shall be limited to repair, replacement, refund or store credit, at the sole discretion of the Company.
